NDF offers software support services mainly for CADmeister (Japan Unisys) and CAM-TOOL (Graphic Products), both 3D CAD/CAM systems with established reputations in Japan, to "help customers make full use of their software."

NDF, jointly with software manufacturers, provides support to customers with particular emphasis on 3D CAD/CAM systems, CADmeister (Japan Unisys) and CAM-TOOL (Graphic Products).
Training services (introductory to advanced working levels)
NDF provides introductory training services after the introduction of 3D CAD/CAM systems and follow-up services for assisting customers in using the system for their actual tasks. NDF offers an extensive range of support services to meet diverse needs that may range from the introductory level to customer-specific advanced working levels.
3D data-based support services
Using its ties with the parent company, Yonezawa Koki Co., Ltd. (YZK), NDF supports customers in concurrent engineering implementation.
